Fenton Art Glass 8" Hen On Nest Vintage White Milk Glass Covered Dish
Here we have a large 8” Fenton Art Glass hen on nest covered dish, No. 5182, in white milk glass. It features a hen-shaped lid sitting on a nest-shaped base. Used as a decorative item or for storing small items. The glass itself is in very good condition without any major chips or cracks, it does have two spots to note: a black rub on back of head, and a red mark that can be seen when viewing up close on front neck. Please view/zoom photos to assess. Price reflects these two marks. Otherwise, a nice bright white and very clean. Rim chipping of these older pieces is common from use but all wear is very minor. Measures approximately 6 1/2” x 6 1/2” x 8” and weighs 3.2 lbs.
