VERY RARE Royal Danish International Sterling USA Silver Glass Cocktail Shaker Mixer
First introduced in 1939, Royal Danish has been a striking presence on tables worldwide ever since.
This extremely hard to find American-made cocktail shaker features a quality thick etched glass body and sterling silver lid with a finial stopper. Both lid and stopper are removable. Lid fits nice and snug to glass. Item measures 8 1/2” tall with a 2 1/2” base diameter and 3” opening. This shaker is in excellent condition and is very clean. Resting base on glass shows very slight wear (see photo) but glass remains very clear without any major or noticeable scratching or hard water stains. Glass is etched in crisp sharp detail. Sterling lid is also in excellent condition, shows slight age, but is without dings/dents/major scratches. Lid bears the Royal Danish International Sterling stamp and is numbered M227.
